Week 30:
Thursdaaaaay, woke up from grandma’s and drove home. Went shopping for some stuff at grossmont, then made cupcakes for my party with my mom. Michael came over for a movie night, which was perfect — cause I was tired and I just wanted to relax.
Friday was such a good day! Went bowling at Parkway Bowl with friends for a bit, to make things more comfy for Lauren and Cody. ;P Afterward, I ran around getting stuff ready, then went to my party at Bongiovannis! Mom and I set up the long dining table and it looked really good. Michael, Jess, Tracy, Kristin, Blair, Lauren, Maren, Sarah, and Cody came — plus my family. Food was good, presents were awesome, and having a good time with my friends was nice. Jessica and Lauren came over after it was all done and we had a sleepover. Chatting it up and falling deep into sleep, perfect.
Woke up to a yummy breakfast from my mom; bagels, fruit, yogurt, and OJ. After L & J left, I hung out around the house. Mom, Sierra, and I ended up going down to Fashion Valley. We shopped, got our nails done, ate at Seus, and drank milkshakes at my work. It was a long, eventful day.. for sure! Once we got home, I went to dinner at Casa de Pico with Michael and his family. I met his Grandpa Link, his Aunt Pam, Uncle Kyle, and big brother Paul. It was really nice :) Then I ended up going over to Michael’s grandpa’s house for poker and new years! It was a blast! I slept over on the couch, Michael on the other. What a sleepover. hahaha. It was fun :)
Michael woke me up early the next morning, because he had to be at work by 9. So we went to breakfast and started off the NEW YEAR! 2012. Wowza. I went home, then drove down to Target. Around 4, I went home to get ready for work. Work went okay, I only had to stay till 8:30 which was good. I like that kind of shift; the NOT closing ones, haha.
Monday was a good day, a really good day. It was my time of the month, and I was actually HAPPY, because I didn’t have it in November and I thought something was wrong. I went and bought some shoe racks today, which made my closet a lot cleaner. I also threw out clothes and shoes, which felt good. Spring Cleaning, but in the winter, eh? Michael’s family was having a “Thanksgiving” dinner for his brother Paul, so I went over to their house around 6:30. The meal was delicious and we had fun playing Just Dance. Michael and I got into a bit of a tiff, but whatever, we handled it by the time I left. Michael’s mom gave me a $50 dollar gc for my birthday to Macy’s, so freaking sweet. I said my goodbyes, and went over to Jessica’s to have a sleepover with her and Lauren. We watched Pretty Little Liars, talked for hours, and just had girl time. :)
On Tuesday, I woke up and went through Rancho to shop. I got more card stock, pens, and clear sheets for my scrapbook. I also got some frames and wall cubes. It’s so fun shopping for stuff that I’ll be able to keep and use when I move out. ahaha. I also hung the Pier 1 lights that I bought, right above my curtains, so cute! Then I went to work at 5:30, which was a big slap in the face. Seriously so sick of the lack of shifts I’m getting, and the BS treatment I recieve from my top manager. OVER IT. On the upside, I got my paycheck - $130. Not bad for taking a week off for the Christmas/BDAY hoopha!
Wednesday was quite a blur, but it was such a good day. Mom stayed home from work, so we woke early and went to lunch at Savannahs. I got my usual Lettuce Wraps and water. Deliciouso. Michael came over to my dad’s house and we hung out for a while. My dad told me Tonya is moving back in - GREEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAT. FML. Besides that we had a good day. Sushi with my family around 5 and the movies with Michael at 8. We saw New Years Eve! Such a chickflick, so I was proud that Michael sat through it all. Haha. :)
Week 29:
Last day of the term, HALLELUJAH! I made it out alive, with three B’s and two A’s. Thank the jesus. After school, I went to a sleepover at Jessica’s with Lauren and Jessica. We had fun eating yummy cookies, driving around town, and talking forever. We watched Elf and passed out real fast, it was a good night though :)
On Friday, Michael and I set this day to be my birthday celebration with him, since he can’t be with me on the 27th. First things first, he blindfolded me and gave me my favorite starbucks. Then we went to Panera for dinner, with bowling afterward at Parkway Bowl — which was freaking hilarious. Then we went to Joan Kroc to ice skate which was fun, but I was so cold! At night time we ate in n out and drove around Pepper Drive. It was a fun day, so glad that I have such a sweet thoughtful boyfriend :)
CHRISTMAS EVE! Holy Canoli, how did this day arrive this fast? In the morning I met Micheal to exchange gifts :) It was so cute! I got him his favorite candy and food and drink, along with a picture of me and him in a cute heart frame, a white thermal, a brown button down, and a grey sweatshirt. He got me my favorite candy, food, drink, plus a teddy bear and the perfume that I have been dying to have — DAISY! After we hung out for a little longer, I went home to take a shower and get ready for the Gaboury Party. My mom and I got into this monstrous fight.. But the church service was still pleasant and the party was still good. I was super tired, so I was happy when we got home. My mom and I ended up apologizing to each other, so that was good.
IT’S CHRISTMAS! Woke up early and opened presents! I got a brown soft pair of boots, black leather boots, tons of makeup, a new comforter, some clothes, jewelry, and other stuff! It was definitely a good christmas. Afterwards we went to the Gaboury’s again for a yummy breakfast, then we opened presents there. I got new jammies, $50 bucks, a $40 gift card to Target, and a cute magenta sweatshirt. After we were done there, we went home to prep the turkey and get everything going for OUR lunch/dinner thing. While Scott and my mom were getting things ready, I took Sierra home and drove Trevor and I to my dad’s. We spent time watching tv and hanging out. Since my dad already got me my iphone, that was my present. But Tonya gave me $50, so that was pretty sweet. We drove back to mom’s around 2 and I got dressed and everything. The meal was delicious, but I was so overstuffed. Bleh. I loved giving out my presents, that was super fun! Plus I recieved $30 from Auntie and $50 from grandma! I feeel so spoiled. ;p
Today was a good day. I went to Subway with Michael for breakfast, we got the melts which were pretty good. Then I went home and recycled; made 10 bucks! Once I got dressed and everything, Trevor and I went to the mall. I ended up meeting up with Jess and Lauren. We looked around, but I couldn’t find anything. Bummer. Around 1:30, I met Carol at Panera for lunch. Since Steph’s been gone, I promised to see her, so she’d have some company. It was really nice to talk and eat and hang out. I love her! My mom met up with me later on, we got the rest of my party stuff so that was good.
TODAY I AM 17. AHHHHHHHH. Woke up at 5 today and got to my grandma’s by 6! We took off for Disneyland and had such an amazing time! I got my yearly pass for only $150!! So we went to both parks and had fun! Though it was SO crowded it was such fun to be back in DLAND! We saw Color of Water and the parade and Fantasmic so that was good! Though the park stayed open till midnight, we left around 1030 cause we were so tired. Once back at the hotel, we showered, watched some Chelsea lately, and fell into very deep sleeps!
Wednesday morning, we watched a THS show called Vanished, which creeped me out a little. Then we got ready to go, but the shower’s hot water didn’t work. So we got a full refund on our room — CRAZY. We drove for a good hour, until we stopped off at Denny’s in San Clemente. Our breakfast was great, since we were so starved. As soon as we got back to grandma’s, I took my birthday card, my balloons, and was on my way back to my moms. I called Michael, cause today was our 9 months. Time sure does fly when you’re in love. ;) <3 I also worked tonight, really easy hours, 5:30-8:30. Then I ended up going to Lauren’s afterward, for a JKLH sleepover. We ate cookies, talked for hours, and stayed up till like 4:30 in the morning. It was just what I needed, because I missed them so much and was starting to feel a little disconnected. :p
